Mike Obbema is the President of KRUE Industrial, LLC where he directs a highly skilled team to support and manage inventory and projects for their customers. Mike is a visionary entrepreneur with more than 40 years of multi-industry experience in creating value and building partnerships with organizations of all sectors and sizes.
A leader and team builder, Mr. Obbema identifies and maximizes the capabilities of his team members. Seeing opportunities and creating proven methods has been at the core of his “Partner Managed” approach. From the small fabrication shop to the largest utility facilities in the Southwest, he has helped organizations reduce their material and storage footprint, increase efficiencies, manage projects, and safely complete outages of every size and scale.

She leads relationship development with OEMs, vendors, and industry stakeholders while supporting the company’s policies, business processes, and strategic initiatives.
As a proud Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) owner, Maria is committed to advancing opportunities for small and diverse businesses. She actively supports the entrepreneurial community through mentorship, collaboration, and the sharing of knowledge and resources. Her leadership reflects KRUE Industrial’s commitment to building strong partnerships, creating meaningful opportunities, and delivering sustainable growth for its customers, partners, and community.
Keith Laughlin
General Manager
Keith Laughlin serves as General Manager of KRUE Industrial, LLC, where he oversees day-to-day operations and plays a key role in guiding the company’s continued growth as a rapidly expanding organization. With extensive experience in tools, equipment, and technical applications, complemented by industry certifications, Keith brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to the business.
His technical expertise and real-world industry perspective enable him to anticipate customer needs, address complex challenges, and deliver practical solutions that support the success of KRUE Industrial’s diverse and growing customer base.
Kaycie Laughlin
Executive Assistant to the President
Kaycie Laughlin serves as Executive Assistant to the President of KRUE Industrial, LLC, where she supports executive leadership and plays a key role in shaping the company’s brand, communications, and public presence. With a focus on strategic content development and creative direction, Kaycie oversees the production of KRUE Industrial’s digital and video content, helping communicate the company’s capabilities, partnerships, and continued growth.
Kaycie is also the creative force behind KRUE Industrial’s video series, Unboxing with the Boys, which provides an inside look at the family-owned businesses that make up the KRUE Industrial story.
